Senior Systems Analyst (Financial Systems)

Location: Onsite at the Corporate Office, 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027, United States

Target hiring range: $96,664.36–$120,830.45 annually, depending on experience and before eligible incentives.

What you will do

• Test, monitor, configure, troubleshoot, and support core banking systems, associated subsystems, and third-party applications.
• Support nightly and periodic batch processing, automation scheduling, system security, access maintenance, and operational documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and test product releases, system upgrades, migrations, and new Credit Union products.
• Develop scripts and automation, create test transactions, validate results, and recommend workflow and efficiency improvements.
• Serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk, application administrators, infrastructure, engineering, development, and system administration teams.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing, system audits, performance tuning, vendor coordination, and strategic IT Operations projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of similar or related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, interpersonal, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and provide 24/7 support as needed, including rotational on-call support.
• Knowledge of secure file transmission and public- and private-key encryption/security.
• Knowledge of Fiserv DNA and Automic job automation is preferred; database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake is a plus.
