Senior Financial Systems Analyst (Workday Financials)

Location: Denver Tech Center, Denver, Colorado, USA; in-office 5 days a week

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base salary per year plus a 10% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Workday Financials users, including system, process, configuration, and reporting issues.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Financials functionality, workflows, business processes, and operational settings.
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert across financial data models, organizational structures, accounting, reporting, billing, procurement, banking, settlement, and revenue management.
• Translate business needs from Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations into scalable system solutions.
• Support release management, impact assessments, testing, documentation updates, and adoption of new functionality.
• Improve automation, standardization, controls, governance, reporting, documentation, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Workday Financials administration and functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of financial, accounting, procurement, and operational processes.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and delivering sustainable solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements.
• Experience with reporting, data discrepancies, testing, documentation, governance, and change management.
• Ability to work in the Denver office five days per week.
