What you will do

• Leverage commercial lending expertise, including Credit Analysis, Client Onboarding, Risk & Underwriting, and fraud management.
• Participate as a key member of Agile Release Trains (ARTs), including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, translating business epics and features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria within SAFe.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive system specifications (user story mapping, DB/API mapping, process flows, data models, interface specifications).
• Collaborate with QA teams and participate in system and solution testing to ensure defined acceptance criteria are met.
• Mentor and guide other Business Analysts on Commercial Lending domain knowledge and SAFe practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst in Commercial Lending or banking systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending processes, loan lifecycle, underwriting, and credit risk assessment.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and creating documentation.
• Experience with system testing, UAT management, and training.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related fields.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Data analysis skills with tools like SQL, Excel, or BI platforms.
• Knowledge of API integration and system interoperability.
