Senior Technical Design Process Analyst (ESM)

Location: United States; remote eligible. The role may require occasional travel between retail stores, offices, worksites, or other locations.

Salary: $89,265–$148,180 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, organize, maintain, and optimize the Technical Design Process and complex ESM workflows.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into platform components, configurations, user interfaces, and service specifications.
• Design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and improve system automations and integrations with dependent and third-party systems.
• Build or configure dashboards and reports for data analysis and monitor system performance, reliability, availability, and accuracy.
• Lead workflow design meetings and collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, end users, and IT teams.
• Provide training, documentation, stakeholder support, and input to strategic plans, objectives, and budgets.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience working under minimal supervision on complex projects and providing mentorship to junior staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• At least six years of experience in IT service operations, software or technical development, or a similar technical role.
• Experience or understanding of enterprise service management, ITSM or ESM systems, system configuration, integrations, automation, databases, and performance testing.
• Working knowledge of ITIL, service management operations, project and development methodologies, and Enterprise Business Intelligence reporting.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI and understanding of telecommunications and OSS concepts, including provisioning, service assurance, trouble management, billing, and invoicing.
