Retail Training & Communications Specialist (HOKA)

Location: US remote; applicants must reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin. PST preferred.

Salary: $64,800–$81,000 annually for the Goleta, California remote location; individual pay depends on location, skills, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

• Lead virtual and in-person training programs covering service, operations, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
• Create and maintain globally consistent and locally relevant training resources with brand, global, and regional partners.
• Develop communication strategies tailored to regions, audiences, and learning styles.
• Measure training and communication effectiveness using NPS, sales performance, audit scores, onboarding results, employee feedback, and eNPS.
• Support regional conferences and events with programming, guidelines, and best practices.
• Plan, produce, and edit leadership video content for retail teams while representing field perspectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail and/or training environments.
• Experience facilitating global training programs, optimizing LMS platforms, and creating digital content.
• Experience developing communication strategies, managing stakeholders, and producing video content.
• Strong employee engagement, presentation, organizational agility, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Residence in one of the approved US states is required.
