Maintenance Associate (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and production equipment.
• Inspect facilities and complete general building maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including minor electrical repairs.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with the supervisor.
• Complete related maintenance duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical diploma in maintenance, electrical, or a related field.
• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70+ lbs occasionally, with frequent bending, twisting, and standing.
