Maintenance Coordinator - Mobile Equipment

Location: On-site in Montréal, Canada; Monday to Friday, day shift.

What you will do

• Coordinate preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance for mobile equipment.
• Monitor maintenance work and take corrective action when required.
• Provide technical support for diagnosing and resolving mechanical problems, including parts research, documentation, and work methods.
• Collaborate with operations to plan and prioritize maintenance work and equipment shutdowns.
• Manage parts requests, maintenance inventory, spare parts, documentation, and preventive maintenance assets.
• Develop equipment maintenance programs, coordinate external contractors, and contribute to equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and occupational health and safety.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining mobile equipment.
• At least three years of relevant experience in maintenance or a related department.
• Technical knowledge of mobile equipment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance management software.
• Project management skills and the ability to work independently in an industrial environment.
• Good business relationship skills with subcontractors and a valid driver’s licence with a good driving record.
