Technical Analyst (EHR)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. The role includes up to 20% travel and may require extended or irregular hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Implement technically focused solutions for Electronic Health Record software.
• troubleshoot and configure the CareFabric architecture in response to incoming requests.
• Deliver interfaces and data solutions across Care Records and related modules.
• Establish connectivity and data mapping between third-party systems and hirify.global EHRs.
• Provide consultative support to clients and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technology, Data Analytics, or a similar field; two years of equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal associates and clients.
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
