What you will do

• Design, build, test, and troubleshoot Epic Dorothy Comfort EHR applications.
• Analyze customer issues and workflows, translate needs into detailed requirements, and implement system changes.
• Manage multiple complex client assignments, projects, tickets, communications, and service-level commitments.
• Apply change-control policies and maintain accurate documentation for requests and incidents.
• Collaborate with customer IT and operations stakeholders, support change management, and help onboard new team members.
• Explain complex system configurations and delegate less complicated work to developing team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, relevant education, or 8+ years of industry experience.
• Epic Certification in Dorothy Comfort and strong knowledge of the application’s functionality.
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Problem-solving, communication, organization, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ticketing systems, and change-management processes; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability for on-call rotations outside core business hours, including nights and weekends, and travel of up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Previous management, project management, or systems implementation experience.
