Epic ASAP Senior Analyst (EHR)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and troubleshoot Epic ASAP and related EHR application configurations.
• Analyze customer issues and workflows, translate needs into detailed requirements, and complete system requests.
• Support system audits, upgrades, integrations, change management, and controlled migration of application configurations.
• Manage multiple complex customer assignments, projects, tickets, documentation, communications, calendars, and service-level agreements.
• Provide customer support and coordinate communication with IT, operations staff, managers, analysts, and end users.
• Support onboarding and mentor less-experienced team members by explaining complex system setups and delegating appropriate tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, relevant education, or 8+ years of industry experience.
• Active Epic ASAP certification.
• 1–5+ years of direct experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively, with ticketing systems and change-management processes.
• Ability to take on-call rotations outside core business hours, including nights and weekends, and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Previous management, project management, or systems implementation experience.
