What you will do

• Design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex customers.
• Analyze customer issues and workflows, translate needs into detailed requirements, and complete system configuration.
• Manage multiple customer assignments, projects, tickets, communications, calendars, and service-level agreements.
• Document incidents and requests, follow change-control policies, and support application upgrades.
• Provide customer support, communicate system changes, and collaborate with healthcare IT and operations stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring team members and delegate less complex tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, relevant education, or 8+ years of industry experience.
• Epic Certification in Ambulatory with strong knowledge of the application's functionality.
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ticketing systems, and change-management processes; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations outside core business hours, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Previous management, project management, or systems implementation experience.
