Director - Financial Due Diligence - TMT (M&A Advisory)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $151,200–$304,200 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Advise private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers and sellers.
• Develop planning approaches and deliver timely, high-quality client work products.
• Build transaction advisory services through business development and client engagement.
• Identify business opportunities and enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop engagement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Experience leading financial due diligence or transaction advisory engagements.
• Ability to manage client relationships, teams, and multiple complex transactions.
• Entry-level applicants requiring current or future visa sponsorship are not eligible under the stated policy.
