Director - Transaction Advisory Services

Salary: $192,000–$314,000

What you will do

• Lead transaction services engagement teams and manage major engagement responsibilities.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality transaction advisory services.
• Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Coach and train staff while coordinating services across other parts of the firm.
• Help build a new Transaction Services practice within an established firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 12 years of related experience, preferably with a large public accounting firm.
• CPA required; candidates without a CPA must meet the educational requirements to obtain a CPA license upon hire in the state of employment.
• Ability to analyze complex business and transaction situations.
• Previous experience supervising and training staff.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, presentation, and marketing skills.
