What you will do

• Plan material requirements using the updated system and execute purchasing plans.
• Manage purchase orders and follow up with external suppliers.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Coordinate urgent purchases and transportation services for materials and products.
• Track and record functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Support supplier research and interviews to develop new sources and secure favorable purchasing terms.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing tasks.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with employees at all organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
