Procurement Manager

What you will do

• Ensure routine purchases and delivery of site materials and services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Build a culture of procurement compliance and proactively mitigate compliance risks.
• Translate site requirements into procurement strategies, value creation plans, and performance scoreboards.
• Align category strategies and performance metrics with business stakeholders and site operations.
• Analyze spend, suppliers, market price drivers, and sourcing opportunities to deliver cost reductions and value creation.
• Partner with site leadership, other locations, and cross-functional groups to align priorities and execute improvement programs.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of progressively responsible experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience understanding plant operations and category management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation, conflict management, and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement, priority-setting, learning agility, Lean, and change management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and analytical tools; familiarity with procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English for external and internal business communication.
