Procurement Associate

Location: On-site in Kunshan, Suzhou, China

Company

Global producer of flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health and biosciences solutions, with this role supporting the Food Ingredients business unit.

What you will do

• Manage IM&S-related procurement activities from requisition through completion.
• Create and maintain spot purchase orders across multiple systems.
• Handle agreement management, purchase order confirmation, and document filing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on procurement-related matters.
• Verify payment terms and resolve exceptional notices.
• Support vendor master data setup and review while improving procurement processes with sourcing colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient spoken English and solid written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Strong learning capability and cross-functional coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP systems.
• Previous procurement experience.
• Relevant industry experience.
