Industrial Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Novi Sad, Serbia; onsite

What you will do

• Define investment needs related to engineering and model year changes.
• Coordinate engineering change implementation with multidisciplinary teams.
• Report on project progress, improvements, innovations, and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for internal use, certification, and customers.
• Prepare and introduce bills of materials into SAP/GSD.
• Coordinate meetings and activities related to D/PFMEA, BOD, equipment design, problem solving, APQP, and component validation.

Requirements

• At least a high school education; university or higher education is preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and processes is an advantage.
