What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, alternatives analysis, design, permitting, bidding, construction support, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Manage civil, land development, and infrastructure projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk, deliverables, and quality expectations.
• Act as the primary client contact and coordinate technical, regulatory, financial, scheduling, and stakeholder considerations.
• Provide technical leadership and QA/QC review for plans, specifications, cost opinions, reports, permits, and construction-phase engineering support.
• Mentor engineers, designers, and emerging project managers.
• Support business development, client relationships, proposals, presentations, networking, and infrastructure funding pursuits.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Utah required.
• 7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Technical experience delivering projects from conceptual planning through detailed design, permitting, bidding, and construction support.
• Effective communication with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, subconsultants, internal teams, and community stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership, mentoring, accountability, and technical judgment.
