Project Manager - Residential/Land Development

What you will do

• Lead residential and commercial land development projects from initial concept through final design and construction support.
• Manage project design, permitting, budgets, schedules, technical task estimates, and client expectations.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technical support professionals.
• Develop proposals, client agreements, and long-term relationships with clients, public agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, landscape architects, land planners, transportation professionals, and surveyors.
• Contribute to company design and production standards and participate in professional and civic organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
• 6+ years of land development design experience.
• Experience and willingness to identify opportunities with existing clients and develop new client partnerships.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
