Project Manager - Roadway (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Prepare proposals and manage new and existing transportation projects, including roadway improvements, planning studies, and new facilities.
• Plan, organize, staff, schedule, and budget multidisciplinary project teams while managing multiple deadlines.
• Coordinate project delivery with clients, the public, subconsultants, approval agencies, and permitting agencies.
• Manage contract finances, client communications, reports, presentations, and project performance standards.
• Lead technical reviews and provide quality control for plans, specifications, cost estimates, analyses, and other work products.
• Supervise and mentor project engineers, design engineers, drafters, technicians, and less experienced project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• At least 9 years of diversified infrastructure engineering experience focused on roadway projects.
• At least 7 years of supervisory or management experience covering planning, cost control, design, and construction of engineering projects.
• Onsite work in Wesley Chapel, Florida is required.
