Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily (Multisite)

Location: North Charleston, South Carolina, USA; regular travel between multifamily properties and outdoor work in varying weather conditions are required.

Compensation: $32.30–$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare market-ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning or repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Complete resident service requests promptly and provide professional customer service.
• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance, carpentry, painting, caulking, pool, and life-safety systems.
• Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
• Schedule and document preventive maintenance and report budget-impacting maintenance issues.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures and travel between properties as required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational education.
• EPA 608 certification, minimum Type II; CPO or a locally required certificate may also be required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work any shift from Sunday through Saturday based on business needs.
• Ability to climb stairs, travel between buildings, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 pounds.
