Apartment Maintenance Technician (Property Management)

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; on-site apartment community work

Salary: $24–$34 per hour, plus eligibility for quarterly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $1,500.

What you will do

• Provide service to residents and support other maintenance team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other routine maintenance issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during assigned on-call shifts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks as needed, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
