Apartment Maintenance Technician (Haven 124)

Location: Onsite in Northglenn, Colorado, USA

Salary: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with eligibility for quarterly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $1,500.

What you will do

• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Handle resident repair requests and routine maintenance with general direction.
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other apartment systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Support vendor quality management and conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
• Provide responsive service to residents and assist teammates with community maintenance needs.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts of at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for emergency after-hours service requests while on call.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
