Plan Projects Lead (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, California, with an expectation of being in the office 3+ days per week; Irvine, California may also be considered. Travel may be required for up to 10% domestically and internationally from Santa Clara, or up to 25% from an alternate location.

Base pay: $109,000–$174,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead planning activities across New Product Introduction, Life-cycle Management, and other supply chain projects, managing scope, schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
• Plan component and finished-goods supply, phase-in and phase-out transitions, safety stock, planning parameters, and inventory levels.
• Build analytical tools for issue resolution, scenario planning, decision-making, and execution oversight across large datasets.
• Maintain end-to-end product variant flows and planning-system setup for Master Production Schedule and component planning.
• Lead Windchill PLAN processes, including cross-system setup, ECO change execution, multivariant SOP procedures, and ECO parts disposition.
• Support Integrated Business Planning forums, including Supply Review and Management Business Review, and regulatory distribution controls.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required; supply chain or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, planning, or project management, including at least 4 years in supply chain planning.
• Experience with ERP systems and system-based MRP planning.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, with the ability to analyze large datasets accurately.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage evolving priorities, and translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA experience and supply chain certification such as APICS or CSCP.
• Power BI or Tableau experience.
• FPX or PMP training, healthcare or regulatory-sector experience, and capital equipment planning experience.
• Green Belt Six Sigma certification.
