Senior Manager, Workday Platform & Integrations (Workday)

What you will do

• Lead Workday platform delivery, tenant management, release management, administration, maintenance, and production support.
• Design, implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and support integrations across HR, Finance, Payroll, Identity, and third-party systems.
• Manage solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST APIs, Workday Cloud Connect, and Workday Orchestrate.
• Lead the development lifecycle for Workday Extend applications, including configuration, testing, deployment, automation, and support.
• Coordinate security, audit, compliance, incident resolution, root cause analysis, change management, and operational readiness.
• Lead Workday integration developers, provide technical mentoring, plan resources, and coordinate Agile project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Workday technical experience, including integrations, APIs, and platform support.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or Workday delivery initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST APIs, Workday Security, and Workday Extend.
• Experience with enterprise application and cloud platform integrations, middleware technologies, SDLC, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications in Integrations, Workday Extend, Security, HCM, or Recruiting.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Workday implementations and technical operations.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD deployment practices.
