What you will do

• Support Workday implementations and optimization of finance and accounting processes.
• Design and execute customized solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Document current and proposed processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and system alignment.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic insights to improve business performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project management, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Background in finance, accounting, or technology consulting; Workday experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Commerce, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with senior executives and client teams.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and proactive client-service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• CA and/or CPA qualification.
