Associate, Workday Integrations Developer (Workday Financials)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Financials integrations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and settlement, and general ledger processes.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors for Financials, EIBs, and Workday SOAP/REST web services.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations with banking systems, third-party vendors, and internal finance systems.
• Transform and exchange data in XML, XSLT, JSON, CSV, ISO 20022, NACHA, and related banking formats.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, file-processing errors, and downstream system mismatches.
• Monitor production integrations, assess Workday release impacts, implement updates, and maintain integration documentation.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of relevant Workday experience focused on Workday Financials integrations.
• Hands-on Workday Studio expertise is mandatory.
• Experience supporting AP, AR, banking and settlement, and GL integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Core Connectors for Financials, EIB, and Workday SOAP/REST APIs.
• Understanding of financial processes including invoices, payment processing, settlement cycles, bank-file exchanges, journal entries, and accounting events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience supporting production integrations and resolving incidents.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations and prioritize work in a support-driven environment.
• Experience collaborating with offshore and onshore teams.
