Site EH&S Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Hoffman Schroff Poland, Dzierżoniów, Poland; onsite

Monthly gross compensation: PLN 9,583.30–19,966.70

What you will do

• Coordinate the development and maintenance of the site Environmental, Health & Safety Management System.
• Provide technical guidance on EHS standards, programs, policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Advise management and coordinate with the line organization and EHS Committee.
• Conduct EHS inspections and audits and report findings to the line organization.
• Support hazard and risk assessments and help implement appropriate controls.
• Define EHS training needs and coordinate training implementation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interest in protecting people and the environment and preventing losses.
• Ability to self-manage, plan and organize work, resolve problems, handle pressure, and show initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
