Location: McKinney - Encore, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

What you will do
- Provide technical health and safety support to site Operations leaders and drive EHS ownership and accountability.
- Coordinate and deliver EHS training for employees and support a results-driven, team-oriented safety culture.
- Develop and execute the site safety improvement plan, including operational risk assessments and risk controls.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Training teams on equipment-specific LOTO procedures and standard work instructions.
- Manage workplace injuries and near misses by documenting incidents, leading investigations, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Support process hazard analyses, Job Safety Analyses, internal and external HSE audits, regulatory inspections, and environmental activities such as waste inspections and spill cleanup.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental studies, or a related technical discipline; direct HSE experience may substitute for the degree.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is required.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and applicable federal and state occupational safety and health regulations, with familiarity with NFPA, EPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, and TCEQ requirements.
- Knowledge of Texas workers’ compensation regulations and strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel periodically for meetings, site audits, and regional initiatives.
Nice to have
- ASP, GSP, CSP, CHST, or another related HSE certification.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
