Field Service Technician (Electrical/Mechatronics)

Location: Remote in Poland, with daily customer visits throughout Poland and overnight stays when necessary. Preferred locations include central Poland: Warsaw, Bydgoszcz, Poznań, or Łódź.

Salary: PLN 9,000–10,500 gross per month, plus a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Install and commission Nordson systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair Nordson equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze faults in customer production processes.
• Provide user instructions and training on systems and applications.
• Collaborate with After Market, Sales, and Customer Project Engineering teams to identify opportunities for systems, spare parts, and maintenance contracts.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Certificate for working with high voltage and wiring.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, hydraulics, mechanics, and pneumatics.
• Basic PLC knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and MS Office knowledge.
• Fluent Polish and English are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Czech.
