Property & Casualty Insurance Agent (Insurtech)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States

Salary: Up to $20 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.

What you will do

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, sales-based marketing, and lead follow-up.
• Meet with prospects and policyholders to assess their needs, circumstances, and financial status.
• Develop personalized auto, homeowners, and commercial insurance policies and quotes.
• Manage policy renewals, explain coverage details, and support the initial stages of claims.
• Review property conditions when needed to assess risks and facilitate claims.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and continue learning P&C insurance protocols and coverage requirements.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license, or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex coverage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn insurance rating tools.
• Results-driven, persuasive, organized, and confident approach.
