Manufacturing Tech Advanced Core Demolding 1st Shift M-F 6am to 2pm(P)

Location: Gibsonton, Florida, United States; office/site only. First shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Energy technology business developing and servicing low-emission power generation systems, including gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.

What you will do

• Mold and demold shell blocks for core manufacturing according to production specifications.
• Clean and prepare liners, assemble liner blocks, and transfer blocks to ovens and other unit operations.
• Operate molding block vibration and vacuum chambers, induction slurry heating, and mixing equipment.
• Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot equipment, request work orders, and maintain calibration records.
• Review daily molding schedules, prepare the work area, and communicate schedule or safety updates to Core Supervision.
• Complete required skills training and operate motorized lifts and forklifts after certification.

Requirements

• Completed high school education or GED.
• Ability to read engineering instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Must be able to obtain any required export license and work with export-controlled technology under US export control law.
