Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Design and execute people strategies with business leaders, Centers of Excellence, and Workforce Planning teams.
• Translate high-level HR guidelines into actionable workflows for performance management and calibration cycles.
• Govern organizational blueprints and maintain accurate tracking of headcount, open roles, and organizational structures.
• Provide operational HR support, including policy and process design, succession planning, and KPI modeling.
• Build cross-market relationships, align regional processes, and secure support across operating markets.
• Coach managers and advise senior stakeholders on organizational design, talent reviews, succession planning, and change management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR or HR consultancy experience, including 5+ years as a dedicated People Partner.
• Structured approach to complex project timelines and ambiguous briefs, with a strong project management mindset.
• Experience working in global or highly matrixed organizations across diverse geographical regions.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, people metrics, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior and C-level leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Experience working across Southeast Asian or APAC markets and managing diverse cultural contexts.
