TL;DR
Manager, People Partner (Regional) (HR Business Partnering): Translating regional people strategies into local HR processes and employee engagement initiatives with an accent on manager coaching, change facilitation, and workforce insights. Focus on executing employee lifecycle programs, analyzing retention and engagement metrics, and driving adoption of people initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Location: Singapore; open to Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents only. Hybrid arrangement with at least 2 days in the office and the remaining days working from home.

What you will do
- Partner with business teams and central Centers of Excellence to implement people programs, support processes, and localized tools.
- Execute communication plans and facilitate organizational changes to drive adoption of people initiatives.
- Guide and coach line managers through 1:1s, growth and performance evaluations, underperformance management, and organizational updates.
- Review workforce dashboards covering retention, eNPS, workload, and other local metrics, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Support action plans focused on attraction, collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional HR generalist or consulting experience, including 2–3 years in a People Partner or HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, total rewards, and offboarding governance.
- Experience translating business goals into structured HR deliverables and solving complex operational problems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with stakeholders from manager to director level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
- Must be based in Singapore and be a Singapore citizen or Singapore permanent resident.
Nice to have
- Practical experience using Workday for performance, organization updates, and talent tracking.
- Experience in a global or highly matrixed organization.
