What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of four HR Consultants in Singapore, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering collaboration across countries and cultures.
• Represent HR in Singapore Branch Management Committees and act as an interface between business management, Centres of Expertise, and HR Consulting Support.
• Implement the Bank's HR strategy and advise senior management on workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance, and complex people matters.
• Lead hiring for senior management and specialist roles and collaborate with the Strategic Recruiting Team on relationship manager hiring.
• Coordinate year-end compensation, performance assessment, and potential evaluation processes, while advising on organizational design and development.
• Manage local HR projects and ensure appropriate governance, risk management, ethical conduct, and compliance within the function.

Requirements

• Solid management and leadership experience with direct and indirect reporting lines.
• University degree; further education in HR Management is preferred.
• Profound experience as an HR Generalist and HR Business Partner, preferably in the financial sector.
• Experience with senior management contracts and reward schemes.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and presentation skills are required.
• Business acumen and the ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize work, coordinate processes, and meet tight deadlines.
