What you will do
- Lead the design, development, testing, and production transition of RF sensor products.
- Analyze system requirements, existing technologies, products, and industry solutions to architect technical solutions.
- Coordinate with program management on scope, schedules, technical risks, and delivery.
- Engage with customers to assess technical feasibility, understand risks, and solve mission challenges.
- Lead multidisciplinary systems, hardware, mechanical, software, and firmware teams through prototyping, development, laboratory testing, and field evaluation.
- Support production requirements, manufacturability, configuration management, data analysis, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied science.
- 12–15 years of industry experience.
- Experience leading an integrated product team or project and completing multiple product development lifecycles.
- Experience developing radar or electronic warfare products and demonstrated technical leadership.
- Experience with changing requirements, embedded applications, hardware/software integration, testing, debugging, and systems engineering methodologies.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance are required.
Nice to have
- Signal-processing algorithm design and analysis experience.
- Program management experience involving budgets, resources, schedules, and CDRLs.
- Data analysis using MATLAB, Python, MathCAD, or similar scripting tools.
- Experience deriving requirements from undefined customer needs and using Teams, Confluence, JIRA, or similar collaboration tools.
