What you will do

• Lead engineers and technical staff across infrastructure projects from planning and design through bidding and construction.
• Develop practical engineering solutions for complex client infrastructure challenges.
• Mentor staff, support talent development, and build the next generation of technical leaders.
• Build client relationships and identify new opportunities through networking, proposals, and presentations.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, technical quality, workload, and project execution.
• Support strategic planning, business development, succession planning, office operations, and profitability across the western United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer registration.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and building strong client relationships.
• Project management experience covering proposals, scopes, budgets, and successful execution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal judgment, strategic planning, client development, and operational oversight skills.
