Location: Warsaw, Poland, office-centric hybrid schedule with mandatory in-office days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Salary: 19,417–22,083 PLN base salary range

Overview

Join the Revenue Technology (RevTech) team supporting enterprise GTM teams by managing critical sales and customer success tools. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure system effectiveness and drive scalable solutions.

What you will do

• Own and manage systems and tooling needs for Sales, Partnerships, Renewals, Customer Success, and Support teams using Salesforce and related platforms.
• Prioritize and troubleshoot business requests, perform Salesforce admin tasks, and foster continuous improvement.
• Lead grooming sessions, communicate progress, and write clear acceptance criteria for development.
• Respond quickly to system impacts to minimize business disruption.
• Collaborate with multiple business and technical teams to address issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Work with data and integrations teams to monitor tool performance and recommend automation.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Warsaw office with hybrid schedule
• 5+ years supporting enterprise business systems.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms and ability to read complex Salesforce logic and Apex code; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and strategic product thinking.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with GainSight or similar customer success solutions and IronClad or similar CLM tools.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
