• Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
• Support pre-sales activities by shaping project scopes and delivery plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in business application development.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Fluent English and Polish language skills are required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Wrocław.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, banking, or corporate IT sectors.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience working on system integrations or enterprise migrations.
