Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote or onsite in Warsaw/Wrocław)

Salary: B2B 20,000 – 35,000 PLN / UoP 18,000 – 31,500 PLN

What you will do

• Own end-to-end increments from scoping to build, demo, and handoff, with a focus on UX and flow.
• Develop across the stack, including frontend, backend, and LLM integrations.
• Implement agentic engineering workflows and use coding agents to accelerate delivery.
• Build correction paths (confidence, edit, undo) into AI-powered interfaces to ensure usability.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales and GTM teams to translate ambiguous client problems into buildable scopes.
• Identify patterns across projects to create reusable AI implementation approaches.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Fluency with coding agents, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM APIs.
• Proven ability to build compelling prototypes and manage scope within tight timeboxes.
• Must be based in Poland for remote or hybrid work.
• Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong product and UX sensibility to create user-centric interfaces.

Nice to have

• Full-stack range for standing up backend endpoints and lightweight services.
• Experience with design systems or AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., Figma AI).
• Experience building internal tools, MCPs, or developer automation plugins.
• Familiarity with enterprise constraints regarding identity, permissions, and secure data.
