Senior Power Platform Developer (Fintech): Building and optimizing an enterprise-grade banking solution with an accent on Power Platform development, pro-code extensibility, and high-volume SQL data processing. Focus on architecting complex Canvas apps, designing resilient cloud flows, and implementing custom UI controls via the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 125 - 150 PLN/h

What you will do

• Architect complex Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps with a focus on performance and delegation.
• Design resilient cloud flows in Power Automate utilizing advanced error handling and child flows.
• Develop Dataverse Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities using C# and .NET to extend platform capabilities.
• Implement client-side logic for Model-Driven forms via JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Build custom UI controls using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Write advanced T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and Views to manage high-volume data and migrations.

Requirements

• Expertise in Power Platform Core (Canvas apps, Model-Driven apps, Power Automate, RPA).
• Strong pro-code development skills in C# / .NET for Dataverse extensibility.
• Advanced T-SQL development skills and relational data modeling in Dataverse.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and working with Dataverse Web API.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź.
• English: Professional proficiency required for daily interaction in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience embedding Power BI tiles and designing data models using Star Schema.
• Ability to create complex DAX measures for business-critical KPIs.
• Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS) and managing Power BI Workspaces.
• Experience with Power Query Online and Dataflows.
