Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote or hybrid in Warsaw/Wrocław)

Salary: B2B up to 35,000 PLN, UoP up to 31,500 PLN

What you will do

• Own end-to-end increments from initial scoping through build, demo, and handoff.
• Develop across the full stack, including backend, APIs, LLM integrations, and data layers.
• Implement agentic engineering workflows and utilize coding agents to accelerate delivery.
• Build verification systems for AI output, including evals, grounding checks, and review surfaces.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales and GTM teams to translate client problems into technical requirements.
• Iterate quickly based on client feedback and document solutions for future reuse.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping independent solutions.
• Fluency with coding agents, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM APIs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Product and UX sensibility to ensure delivered solutions are usable and coherent.
• Comfort with ambiguity, high speed, and frequent context switching.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal developer tools, MCPs, or plugins.
• Familiarity with enterprise constraints such as secure data handling, identity, and permissions.
• Ability to ship functional frontends using React, HTML, or CSS.
