MFD Rotational Associate (Mortgage)

Location: Office-based in Tampa, Florida; Carrollton, Texas; or Saint Louis, Missouri

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Complete a structured 24-month rotation across Mortgage Fulfillment Division departments, including Base File, Title, Conditions, Eligibility, MST, Closing, and Funding.
• Prepare and review loan disclosures, Closing Disclosures, flood certificates, appraisals, and insurance policies.
• Analyze title abstracts, deeds, liens, UCC filings, automated underwriting findings, and product profiles.
• Evaluate borrower income documentation against underwriting guidelines and calculate qualifying income.
• Manage daily loan pipeline queues, validate documentation, resolve customer inquiries, and address operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate across functions while maintaining compliance and supporting organizational values.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical-thinking ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Eagerness to learn and take on varied assignments in a fast-changing environment.
• Moderate proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.
