Financial Analyst - Reinsurance (Finance)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. The role requires regular movement around the office and corporate campus. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support new dealer participation program accounts and coordinate completion with Legal, Risk, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze pro formas, dealer statements, profitability analyses, fact sheets, and Executive Dealer Portal analytics.
• Coordinate data requirements and prepare recommendations for dealer obligor programs.
• Participate in annual business planning and state regulatory filings.
• Research and resolve dealer program questions and customer issues within agreed timelines.
• Support continuous improvement, accounting process enhancements, and the evaluation, testing, and implementation of IT projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and accounting principles; GAAP familiarity is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.
• 0–1 year of accounting or finance internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
