Financial Analyst II

Location: Hybrid position based at hirify.global's National Executive Office in Memphis, Tennessee, with a combination of on-site and remote days.

What you will do

• Develop and implement revenue, expense, and program-activity reporting systems.
• Analyze financial performance for fundraising programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Prepare forecasting and budgeting recommendations, including annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Conduct revenue, expense, and activity trend analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Partners, and marketing strategists to support fundraising goals.
• Support accurate monthly close and respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of nonprofit fundraising and experience in accounting, FP&A, or a related business area.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, fundraising, or business-related work.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Substantial knowledge of Hyperion/Smart View, Oracle, Excel, and other finance and data software applications.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide dependable, timely support.
