Recruiter, Temporary

Location: Remote in California or the United States, excluding North Dakota, Vermont, and Rhode Island. Travel up to 10% is required.

Salary: $87,000–$137,000 annually. For specific work locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $107,500–$161,500 annually.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including intake strategy, interview preparation, debriefs, offer analysis, negotiation, and structured interviews.
• Evaluate technical and behavioral competencies across engineering and other professional roles.
• Build talent pipelines through job platforms, social media, professional associations, and networking.
• Provide leaders with updates on recruitment initiatives, funnel metrics, and hiring progress.
• Partner with Marketing on employer-brand campaigns and represent hirify.global at career forums and events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition recruiting for senior roles in an agency or corporate setting.
• Experience recruiting and assessing electrical, mechanical, and software engineering talent.
• Experience using market and competitor analysis to support hiring strategies across the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.
• Strong data hygiene, funnel metrics analysis, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with ATS and CRM systems, primarily Workday and iCIMS.
• US citizenship is required to support US Government hiring.
