Recruiter (Operations & Corporate)

Location: Remote within the US, or hybrid at offices in Blacksburg, VA or Fort Worth, TX. Relocation support is available. Travel approximately 10–15% for hiring events, career fairs, and talent pipeline partnerships.

Salary: $92,100–$110,500 USD annually, plus bonus component and stock options.

What you will do

• Own full life cycle recruiting for Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate roles from sourcing through offer and close.
• Source passive candidates for difficult-to-fill operations, frontline, fleet, and niche roles.
• Support internship and co-op programs through sourcing, campus partnerships, and candidate coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define recruiting strategies and achieve hiring goals.
• Build employer-brand visibility and talent pipelines through online and in-person networking.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain applicant and interview data in the ATS, and support entry-level technology hiring as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in operations, fleet, logistics, frontline, hourly, or shift-based roles.
• Experience with direct sourcing and pipeline development, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to build productive partnerships with hiring managers and manage requisitions across multiple functions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport for team offsites.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder updates.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for Finance, People, Legal, or Marketing functions.
• Experience with internship or co-op recruiting programs.
• Existing network in operations, fleet, or logistics talent communities.
