Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA; Austin, TX; San Francisco Bay Area, CA; or Seattle/Bellevue Area, WA

Salary: $130,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing operations, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse candidates.
• Run efficient, high-signal, compliant interview and selection processes.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and advise stakeholders using market insights.
• Track hiring performance, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to employer branding and process improvement.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience closing complex offers and negotiating competing compensation and equity packages.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Data-informed, organized, and proactive when managing competing priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR.
