Field Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Compensation: $180K–$250K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the field and experiential marketing motion end to end as a pipeline channel.
• Run booth and activation programs across identity and practitioner events.
• Plan and deliver executive dinners, roundtables, and other intimate event formats.
• Manage speaker operations and conference-for-proposal submissions with technical speakers.
• Own the regional event calendar, budget allocation, and per-event ROI modeling.
• Coordinate partner-hosted and co-branded events, then manage handoffs to SDRs and AEs to convert programs into opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in security or infrastructure.
• Demonstrated results measured by pipeline and opportunities rather than leads or attendance.
• Experience running executive dinners and roundtables attended by CEOs and investors.
• Ability to own budgets and make data-driven event keep-or-kill decisions.
• Experience working directly with technical speakers and translating practitioner-focused agendas.
• Strategic perspective on scaling field marketing through leverage and AI rather than linear headcount growth.
