Customer Consultant (HVAC)

Location: Singapore, Central Singapore. Monday to Thursday are onsite with colleagues; Fridays offer flexibility to choose the work location based on work requirements.

What you will do

• Act as the primary customer contact and represent customer interests across service matters.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, identify growth opportunities, and develop account action plans.
• Assess customer needs, develop service options with the Technical Support Team, and present proposals.
• Identify sales opportunities, prepare pricing and selling strategies, and support contract reviews.
• Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal stakeholders and recommending solutions.
• Organize service reviews covering critical issues and hot jobs with customers and the Operations team.

Requirements

• Experience managing customer accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to understand customer and vertical market needs.
• Experience identifying sales opportunities and preparing customer proposals.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and operations stakeholders.
• Ability to review contract terms and conditions and present proposals to customers.
